I am afraid to go to the dentist, what should I do?

Please be open and unashamed in requesting assistance to control your anxiety so you can relax at every visit.

Are you accepting new patients?

Yes! We will always accept new patients and look forward to exceeding your expectations with our dental care.

What are the different payment options you provide?

Our team will estimate your insurance coverage for each visit and ask you to pay the difference at each visit. Please note this is an ESTIMATE only. If there is any balance after insurance pays, you will receive a billing statement. We accept master card, visa, and discover. Ask our team about Care Credit  and Lending Club as an option.

Are there any dangers with getting x-rays?

Realistically, x-rays are relatively harmless at the doses that are used in dentistry. However we understand any concern you may have, and are pleased to have Digital radiography. It decreases the amount of radiation absorbed. The best part is we love the diagnostics it provides. We can blow the image up on the monitor, enhance the resolution, and search for abnormalities with may tools available.

Do you accept my insurance plan?

If you belong to a traditional insurance plan (sometimes called an indemnity plan) or PPO, we can assist you in filing your insurance claim. We still ask that you pay your portion at each visit. Our practice is NOT a member of any networks or DMO plans. We will explain your benefits to the best of our abilities.

What should I do if I my temporary comes off?

We are always updating our technology in the office, and offer same day crowns. No temporary crowns are necessary for most cases. When we are doing complex cases, you may be in a temporary for a short period of time.  There is no need for immediate concern if the temporary comes off, unless it is painful or a cosmetic problem. If it happens during business hours, we should be able to see you that day. If it is after hours, just give us a call the next day. We do not want a temporary to be off for more than 2–3 days.
